Now it is time to fill all the details — Addresses, Collection Date, Contents etc. and make the payment! Tip: When your parcel is going outside the EU, check if your shipment will incur any import duty or taxes. For more information Click here
Print your shipping paperwork and give it to the collection driver or drop off point with your shipment. Tip: Please read our useful "What happens next guide" which is available once your order has been placed.
All you need to do is wait for the courier to collect, or drop it off at your nearest drop off point. Tip: Make sure you have the paperwork printed as explained in point no 4.
Once collected or dropped off, you can track your shipment on our website while it is in transit. Tip: You can find your tracking number above or below the barcode on your shipping label.
