Customs charges
Customs charges are defaulted to be paid by the receiver.
As a sender if you wish to pay these charges on behalf of your recipient, these charges can be paid only if your recipient refuses the carier at the destination country when they have been contacted by customs to pay them.
You can pay customs charges by phone on 020 8731 8653. You will need to quote your reference number which is usually your AirWaybill number fiound below the barcode on your label.

I don't have the customs charge letter from Courierpoint.com
We do not provide a customs charge letter, instead this would be provided to your recipient when the package is delivered to them after the charge has been paid.
Kindly remember, we provide this service to our customers as a goodwill gesture, we do not involve in any customs procedures.
We only provide for an invoice from our website for the money charged.
I have paid the customs charge – when will I receive my parcel?
We will normally deliver your parcel the next working day. This is a normal clearance procedure.
Always remember that any information we provide is due to change and hypothetical, each country operates in different ways.
Packages delayed due to custom procedures are beyond our control or that of the carriers.
