beyond my expectation
I am a parent who often wants to send things to a son in Sweden. I stumbled upon this service which was beyond my expectations in price and speed. No longer will I struggle with a suitcase on a plane when I can send goodies from the UK at such a competitive price, with the minimum of hassle. And I can track the parcel's progress at each stage. I noted that the standard free insurance cover was much higher than competitors I found with a web search.

First class service at a reasonable price
I hadn't heard of CourierPoint but their price was good and much cheaper than the carriers they use, so I went for it and I was delighted: their carrier picked the goods up on the Monday and they were delivered to my daughter in Sweden on the Friday.

The only company I would use!
I have now used Courierpoint.com to ship 2 separate packages from UK to USA. Both were collected and delivered within 26 hours and saved me over 50% of the cost charged by Parcel Force. I made a mistake with the first booking and the customer contact team were really helpful with refunding most of the original booking cost (minus admin fee) with a fast response on email and telephone. I would not consider anyone else.
